Refund & Return Policy

We hope you love your Saga piece, but if for any reason it isn’t right, we’re here to help.

• Returns: You may return unworn items in their original condition and packaging within 30 days of delivery.

• Exchanges: We are happy to offer an exchange for a different size or style, subject to availability.

• Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you and issue a refund back to your original payment method.

• Non-returnable items: For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned unless faulty.

• Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or damaged.
